Hi, I just got Telus Optik high speed and TV the other day and I am having trouble downloading torrents. My modem is an Actiontec v1000h and I use Azureus Vuze at my bittorrent client. telus certainly throttles, at first downloads were coming in fast like some of you described but after awhile no torrent downloads faster than 10kb/sec its horrible. Here we have speeds of 20mb/sec but the download speed is slower than when i lived in the third world and had only 3mb/sec connection.
