Jun 12, 2020 · The Linux Mint team has started pushing Linux Mint 20 beta images to third-party mirrors. The new update comes with several updates to packages like LibreOffice and the Linux kernel. Linux Mint is a computer operating system designed to work on most modern systems, including typical x86 and x64 PCs. Linux Mint can be thought of as filling the same role as Microsoft's Windows, Apple's Mac OS, and the free BSD OS. Linux Mint is also designed to work in conjunction with
Linux Mint 19 also has some extra softwares. Linux Mint 19 features a nice looking Cinnamon desktop environment. Linux Mint 19 also has images for MATE and XFCE desktop environment.
